The Bourne Early Childhood Council
The Bourne Early Childhood Council is a grant funded education and support program for parents and early childhood educators with children from birth to early education age. In an effort to create a strong foundation for children, families, education providers, and our community, we offer workshops, parenting classes, play and learn groups, community events, and NAEYC support.
